These tags describe ingredients, not brands. A swap tagged gluten-free tells you the ingredient category is gluten-free; it cannot tell you what a particular manufacturer put in a particular jar, or what else ran on that production line. If you are cooking around an allergy or coeliac disease, read every label, and treat a severe allergy as a question for your clinician rather than for a recipe site.
